Quotes provided by PixelPack are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Acceptance of a quote constitutes a binding purchase agreement. All orders are subject to product availability. PixelPack reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on product availability, location, and carrier performance. PixelPack is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in original packaging. Custom-cut or special-order items are non-returnable. Please contact us at mail@pixelpack.ca to initiate a return.
